What it says there doesn't indicate it's made FROM fruit, but made FOR coating fruit.

Yes, bread stopped molding a couple years ago, for me.
No telling what they did to it, but we can bet that isn't good for life.

Right? I'm pretty sure mold is less picky than me about food quality. I have learned to make my on bread, but I haven't learned how to make bread as palatable as bread I can buy. My crust is practically a building material.
