I agree.
No, I'm saying anybody being forced to participate in any way is being trespassed against.
You can vote all you want, but don't force me into it.
I choose not to be part of all that.

That's fair enough. Problem is that them voting expect to impose the vote on us.

We are the products of a chain of generation upon generation of peoples willing to coerce or force people to do something upon threat of violence.
Meaningful cooperation generated through persuasion or positive incentives seems to be the missing piece.

It's not like the formulas haven't been worked out and published 150+ years ago.
The people are simply blinded to the reality that we can mutually cooperate to our mutual benefit.
Competition benefits the most ruthless, merciless, and domineering amongst us.
Not character traits I see as beneficial.
