Read the court rules, challenge jurisdiction of the court.
The court may have it, but IF they do, it will be established in the record, if they can't read back where the court established jurisdiction from the record, facts not in evidence are presumed not to exist, legal 101.

You can get the course from the base link, but this is the referral code they gave me years ago, lord knows if it will work.
This course will teach you how to fill out, and file, legal papers.
No lawyer is going to put his license in jeopardy for any one client, which is what he would do were he to challenge jurisdiction.
It monkey wrenches the entire farce.
This guy is also on point, if you can get in touch with him or the skype group, you can get real world practice outside the courtroom, otherwise, you wing it.

I appreciate this information, but what I need is the jurisdiction of the court to stay that PoA that is keeping her a prisoner now. No court ordered that, but a court can stay it. This needs to happen immediately, because she need medical treatment immediately, not when I have gained understanding and figured out how to make things happen in courts. I need a lawyer, not a library, my friend.
Edit: she has brain cancer RN, and it is worsening every day. I need to get her medication RN, because she may be dead in 3 months, and every day she doesn't get medication the cancer grows and makes her disability from the trauma done to her brain worse.
