RE: North Carolina legislation going to strike down new "hemp restriction bill"

I think I have enough self-control to not really let any substance negatively affect my life. I think that if a person is going to destroy themselves with a substance that this is their choice. It's just crazy to me that we have virtually no restrictions on the sale and consumption of alcohol but a plant that naturally occurs in the wild is illegal.
