RE: Not content with just stealing from real US States, the lottery targets Puerto Rico now

The lottery is advertised everywhere in North Carolina. People get all worked up about the Powerball because that is hundreds of millions of dollars but the statistical impossibility of winning it doesn't seem to affect most people. They always just look at it as "oh it's just a couple bucks" yeah, bucks that you could have put into your gas tank man. It's so stoopid
