The AI-in-campaign angle is real, but I think the bigger shift is structural: AI removes the human labor bottleneck from political outreach, which means the fixed cost of running a campaign drops. That benefits insurgent candidates more than incumbents — which could actually increase political volatility rather than consolidate power.
