It is a serious rabbit hole, and you really need to know legalese. Specifically capitalization.

Usually folks that are communicating about such distinctions mention it, but I appreciate the heads up.
What i hate is that even the judges do not know the truth shown here, they are blind to it, even though they are of that system.
And that lawyers, when the pass the bar, and accept being a lawyer, renounce their citizenship, and become citizens of the bank, the City of London. And it is written like, "You shall accept no government over us"
Since the judges do not know what they are apart of, they believe that they are American legal system, and so, you can't bring any resolution to the scam.
"The constitution that never was" is a good read (if i remember the name correctly)
I have read that the BIS is an allod, sovereign, subject to no laws it doesn't itself establish. I haven't read it's charter, so can't say for sure.
Well, the BIS is above the law. The law is several layers lower than it.
It would be like calling Microsloth security on Billy Gatez, but the "cops" work for some wholly owned subsidiary of Microsloth in some field office.
Does it matter? You and me and him and her are not, People or people. Nor are we "We" or "We the (p)People. Not in the legal sense anyways.
None of use signed it. All constitutions are a fraud. It's enforcement and encouragement to keep the illusion going is criminal.
We are monsters. As is the legal definition for Human Being.
Monsters don't have rights. We are slaves to them as they assume citizenship upon us. Citizens are slaves by definition. Citizens don't have rights under the bill or rights. Only the "People" do. But in the end, the higher ups don't care about that document either once they are in control. Are in control. They don't care either way. It's just a document for dogmatic reasons. It's for the plebs to believe in something. But they are going to control what it is that they are believing.
The crown may own america, but the Vatican owns the crown.
It's all just business anyways.
I don't call myself a citizen because of this. I call myself a civilian non-combatant. Especially if armed thugs are asking.
I call my self "I don't answer questions" all the way to the court.
