I feel what you mean. They are actually too annoying. You are supposed to relax and have that salty peaceful air. I also understand they are making a living to survive but good thing the local government had an area designated where they could sell.

it's much worse in other countries that I have been to but once you get across the street from the beach you are accosted by many different kinds of traveling sales people. For the most part if you don't say anything and keep moving it is the best response. I know people that say "no thanks" in Vietnamese but this just encourages them to follow you.
