RE: No one should be forced

Voting is important and an obligation binding on every citizen, even as a right. People should vote during elections. But when they choose not to, there are many reasons like what you mentioned. People shouldn't be forced to vote, it won't help in the long run. The systems should be fixed and they should encouraged to vote rather than forced.
