RE: It's not littering if it is done by the government

Government officials often seem more concerned with their own personal gains than with the welfare of their beloved country, which contributes to the rampant corruption we see today. The funds allocated to them for the development and improvement of their communities frequently disappear into their own pockets, rather than being used for the intended purposes. While there are a few cities where leaders genuinely strive to enhance their local areas, it's disheartening to see how widespread this misuse of resources is. It leaves a feeling of sadness and frustration about the state of governance. ☹️
