What good can come from his tenure? He can be replaced at any point and he's already expressed big ideas for how things have been operating within the healthcare market, from top-down narratives in the health field etc.

Doctors who oppose the move also haven't been silent as they've been rallying online and expressing their discontent along the way.

Is one man going to significantly change the eating habits of billions of Americans? it's doubtful.

The government also arguably contributed to the health crisis in many ways with their food pyramid conjecture, subsidizing questionable crops etc, and now they want to take up lead as the savior to the problem. It's a bit ironic isn't it?

We might expect to see further reform on regulations, will we see any violations to liberty in what people can use within the market or what doctors can give out? It's a big problem to expect one person to tackle in any meaningful sense.
