RE: Here we go again! Everyone can win the lottery by accident!

I know a couple people that won a bit and even one person that won $10,000 on a scratch ticket. First off, the government took $4,000 or so of it immediately and the rest was gone within 30 days. Even with that relatively small winning, people that she knew were coming out of the woodwork asking for financial help and loans. She was later scrambling all over town collecting the money she had loaned to people. It is tragic really. She was a nice lady but financially idiotic.
