Hi @manclar, I wasn't aware of the fact that Higo Chávez was pardoned. But as you explain very well in the post, pardons ultimately depend on agreements at the highest levels. I, for one, am against pardons.

I question the Indulots a lot, and Chavez was given one ... He should continue imprisoned because he gave a coup d'etat, but again, these were political factors, interests of the high couples so that he would come out free and they could continue to steal and have power ...
