Someone has to do something as with time, this situation is going to be unbearable and the damage they make ... that ads to losing tourists.

the tourists usually fall for the trap and pay many times what it actually costs to use a taxi because they don't know any better. They will usually try to justify it by saying "well it is still a lot cheaper than where I come from"! which is a terrible way of feeding a problem so that it never gets solved.
