Ahora bien, sin ser auditor en ejercicio pero con una profesión en Ingeniería de Sistemas y habiendo dirigido proyectos para levantar data-centers y redes de telecomunicación en latinoamérica, creemos tener la experticia para explicar el porqué no pudo haber "hackeos" el día de la elección. Quienes sostienen esa tesis, aprovechan la ignorancia de las personas en estos temas, pero afortunadamente estamos para explicar. Cada máquina de votación está asociada a una dirección IP intransferible conectada a una VPN, por lo cual, tal dirección es "inhackeable" porque no está conectada a la nube de internet. La data producida es encriptada por esa máquina y viaja directamente a la sala de totalización, donde más nadie sino los destinatarios saben los resultados generales.

     Al culminar el proceso de voto, se totaliza el proceso y la máquina expide varias copias de un acta totalizadora, la cual es entregada a cada testigo inscrito, además de la original que es sellada en un sobre y entregada al plan República, quienes tienen la custodia del material. Dicho esto, el árbitro principal responsable del proceso, tiene varios pasos de auditoría posteriores para certificar los resultados. Ninguno de tales procesos auditores se han llevado a cabo. Existe uno, en especial, que daría validez a la tesis del "hackeo" promulgada por el presidente del CNE y repetida por los perdedores de la elección hasta el cansancio. Me pregunto ¿Por qué no han hecho las auditorías posteriores?

Lo mismo es válido para quien se cree ganador sin ningún atisbo de duda. Una de las peores cosas que usted puede hacer como líder o gobernante es subestimar la inteligencia del pueblo. La gente sabe cuando algo huele mal, no es pendeja. Si no se permite una transparencia tal que cualquier duda pueda ser disipada, jamás podrá espantar el fantasma de la trampa. Y cualquier relación con la gobernabilidad, será un infierno cuando no existe la legitimidad de origen.

     Quienes evitan la transparencia, son negados a los procesos de auditoría. Quienes no desean ver la verdad, siempre estarán en contra de las redes sociales, las cuales se han convertido en la única arma de los desposeídos. Cuando la internet fue concebida, es verdad que la estupidez se volvió global (prefiero llamarle la banalidad), pero también se le dio una herramienta al ser humano para saber más sobre todo tema. Esto ha llevado a que nuestros descendientes manejen más información que la manejada por nuestra generación. Y la gente mejor informada, es más peligrosa para cualquier régimen que desee eternizarse. Y ninguno NUNCA lo ha logrado. Lo dice la historia.
