RE: Vietnam will start health screening for visas starting in July

I don't have much experience with Vietnam ever changing the rules. Other than the covid stuff that affected the entire world the visa situation has remained unchanged here for the entire time I have lived here. Change in this situation is not a good thing bc it kind of inicates that they might do more of it.
