Here they trust a lot in the people lol! In Brazil is similar, only registered voters in the list are allowed to vote. Here is a mess, there is a list though, I am in there, but they also accept anyone who arrives in the voting day (which isn't only one) can vote... Just attest that you are a Canadian and they believe, of course that if for some reason you lied you can get jail .
