Well, a short-long-amazing-disturbing experience has shown me that usually overbudgets come out of a great flow of cash to many other destinies rather than the original construction. They use to call it circumstantial setbacks provoked by a supposed transparent economical blokade that's over us for many years now.
Fuck it!!!
They are stealing the fuck out the money to get pooled huge mansions done or getting some ghosts(no so ghosts) accounts grow behind the supposed necessary and human need of such a facility (I don't doubt the need, not for a minute).
But intentions are bluring.
Well, not real ones, those are clear.
Thiefs.
