RE: Political corruption: Rising political party dissolved by rival, well-established political party

The difference between this one and movements in the past was that this movement had almost zero ties to any established party and they got a huge amount of votes. This shows that the population is fed up with status quo and the only move the existing parties had was to crush the rebellion. They have succeeded for now.
