I can relate with this challenge. Many States in Nigeria suffer from poor drainage system. It reduces the lifespan of roads and make the town susceptible to flooding. Providing drainage system is very important to curb flooding and make life easier for the people.

Yes ooo, because no matter how good your roads are, without a good drainage system, you'll always suffer from flooding.
