One can interpret that Article 113 of our Penal Code applies in their case: "Artículo 113. Quien ejecute un hecho dirigido a promover la guerra, o cualquier acto de agresión armada contra el Estado cubano, incurre en sanción de privación de libertad de diez a treinta años, privación perpetua de libertad o muerte." They did this, although perhaps implicitly. Article 124 can also apply. You can dislike the code, it is fair, but it is the law on Earth.
