It seems these 'drowning kicks' are usual and common to this political position in South Korean politics. I am unaware of any that have held the office that haven't ended up in jail, or narrowly escaping such a fate.

such behavior that is habitual is simply a sign of psychopathy. Morally it should be sanctioned as long as there is no international law that deals with these aberrations my friend.

I only repeat hearsay, as I've seen lists purporting to be of S. Korean Presidents that seem all to have ended up in jail since the Korean war - or narrowly avoided it. I remember one that was sentenced to death, although I recall they were pardoned.
