Racism and Ombudsman Failures How One Woman fought back and won

*Be careful of what you read or it could make you believe the hero is the villain *

This article will be sure to raise some eyebrows and it's a story that needs to be told. I wont be referencing the Ombudsman report in this article because it isn't worth the paper it is written on and so full of fallacies and government interference and for reference yesterday's article we shows ministers directing police, parliamentary security services and the department of government services.

the reason why I won't be referring to the Ombudsman report in todays article is for the fact that everything it raises and try's to pin on Nat is happening today on the City Of Melton and Wydenham Council. The Ombudsman report was a failed hit on someone who was not politically aligned or came from Labor royal blood but stood up to factions and dodgy operators (who are still around) and won.

For the avoidance of doubt I do know Nat as she is a local and she has become one of the people I respect in politics having learned her story and the truth of the ordeal her and her father went through in their early years entering politics. they are one of the few who fought back against the machine and earned their place representing their community. The community they were born in, raised in and the community that was being abused by factional warlords, much of whom were pushed further back out west.

It didn't always start off as me knowing this, I have to admit. It was one of my failures and I am willing to admit. I was wrong.

I entered politics in 2012 and heard negative stories about "Suleyman" the fragments of a bygone era of the Hakki Vs Seitz days. I could end the article here by proving the Suleyman's are the good guys by simply raising the George Seitz camp was taken over by
Marlene Kairouz and Adem Somyurek. We all know how that came crashing down.

Ombudsman Finds Suleyman Guilty for using public assets but ignores current use

The ombudsman report targets Hakki Suleyman for using council facilities to host Labor branch meetings. Now ignoring the fact local branches are local residents and it is a social/political club which is a protected attribute under the charter of human rights. This finding is both odd as it is a false breach.

Especially when you consider it is the only finding of misuse in 20 years despite both the same factional players of the opposing side of Suleyman currently using City Of Melton assets to host branch meetings. I should know, I have held executive roles on branch committees as well as attended many of the meetings which were pre organised and held in Council facilities.

The above image is of the Sydenham branch despite someone forgetting the keys that night most nights they are held in the building. In the picture you can clearly see Natalie Hutchins, Uros Rasic, Kathryn, Ranka a number of council candidates and we were discussing the upcoming Council elections.

Kororoit Branch is also held in a council facility.

Keeping in mind that the Ombudsman found Hakki guilty for this and there is a precedent. The current Warlords have no fear or worry about breaching that precedent.

Ombudsman Factional Funding Finding

Sorry Joshie boy, you were always going to feature in my articles at some point.

If we shoot across to Sunbury which is also in Melton you will find that Josh Bull holds branch meetings in a pub, a private asset and money get's spent. I've attended a few times and it is a wonderful venue and it's great to grab a beer.

I want to raise the Ombudsman findings in relation to "Suleyman's alleged factional funding". In the history of dribble it is one of the most bizarre allocations of a factional finding that didn't exist. Nat was accused of misusing her position for negotiating for a clubs funding. The finding was based on apparently the council said there was no need for the funding but Nat fought for it. So a Councillor advocated and fought for a community group....

If you run through the City Of Melton Agenda and minutes you will see councillors openly defying the council and allocating resources to their own patches despite areas in Melton CBD needing urgent upgrades.

The reason why we dragged Josh Bull into it is because he is of a different SL faction to the Mamamrellas and their hold on Melton Council I believe is seeing to the reduction in funding to Diggers Rest area which despite council producing many reports of shortfalls in Diggers Rest, for some reason the SL councillors who were once in charge of that location weren't actioning items.

This is a common strategy in politics where you deny a local area supports and services to impact the sitting member or councillor. I can evidence this by providing further evidence on City Of Melton where councillors are continuing to deny Cr Vandenberg her motions and budget submissions. Followed by Goran Kesic publicly writing in public forums that he needs to be the councillor so council will accept the motions.

THAT THERE IS A DIRECT BREACH OF THE PRECEDENT SET BY THE OMBUDSMAN

Having knowledge of the Ombudsman precedent on Brimbank council all my complaints lodged to the ombudsman and evidence provided to date has been in the precedent sets model. The people involved in the current issues on Melton are the same factional groups from Brimbank.

Everything is the same, yet the Ombudsman out is different.....

Branch Stacking Claims; False

Let's challenge the current ongoing allegations that the Suleymans a branch stacking. I have been around a long time in Vic Labor Branch and I will open this section with the fact and any of you can do this research yourself.

Go look at the crowds Nat pulls against ALL OTHER MPS in the state. Those are REAL paid up members who are active, who contribute to campaigns, have their voices heard and man booths. The allegation of Nat Branch stacking is laughable. She has been able to activate the local community and have people contribute to community need.

If people have a problem with it, then do what I have been saying to for years. Join the party and have your voice heard.

The Bulkan Wars

That period of time in Labor is referred to as the Bulkan wars and there were a lot more smaller fringe groups playing, some from the Greek community some from other smaller migrant communities and all were at war.

There were bashings, home invasions, punch on's at pre selection, bullets in letter boxes the whole 9 yards. But the Ombudsman fails to go deeper into the Electoral Officer staffers of those factions who sat front row and directed the CEO and Councillors how to vote in the open. No charges were laid on them.

If you're a councillor and you got the state government rolling up sitting in the front row instructing you. How would you react?

Most of the crews got decimated which we still experience the shadow warfare the Sunshine Residents and Rate Payers Association, Marginal Groups, Independents. A lot of it is the fragments of the left over war.

Telmo succeeded went out to Glengala than Tarniet, Umburto Mammarella got Cairnlea which is now Ingrid Stitt, Hutchins former trades hall heavy weight got Sydnenham.

As for the Sulyemans- Do your own research and come back to me and tell me how many councillors they are in control of? I can tell you it is 0

The Mammarellas and AWU - oh now we're starting to get somewhere.
