Election Results and RC Succession's "Freedom of Speech"/選挙の結果とRCサクセションの「言論の自由」

The day after the House of Representatives election, the results are in. Well, I haven't looked at them in detail.

I live in Miyagi 1st electoral district, and All five electoral districts in Miyagi Prefecture have been wiped out. It was all LDP. I don't know about other areas, but I imagine it's not much different. The LDP won over 300 seats with ease.

The other day, I called Nightline, a helpline provider, and a female counselor told me, "The welfare budget has already been cut."

Prime Minister Takaichi seems to be aiming for 100% food self-sufficiency, but it's certainly true that if we start a war and food imports are stopped, we'll be in trouble. But where will the funds come from? It seems like all talk. The LDP has been pursuing a rice production reduction policy for years, so isn't it the case that we don't even have enough rice for our staple food, and we're supplementing it with imported rice?

衆院選の投票日から一夜明けました。結果は出ました。まああまり詳しく見ていませんが。

私は宮城1区に住んでいますが、宮城5区全滅です。全部自民党。他の地域のことは知りませんが、大差ないでしょう。自民党は300議席以上余裕でとりました。

先日、ナイトラインという電話相談に電話したら、女性の相談員さんが「既に福祉予算が削られている」と言っていました。

高市首相は食糧自給率を100%にするおつもりのようだが、たしかに戦争を始めて食糧の輸入をストップされたらアウトですからね。しかし財源はどこから？口だけのような気がします。自民党が長年減反政策やってきたから今、主食のお米でさえ足りなくて外国のお米で補っている状態ではないですか？
