I noticed also here in Philippines like in some places where expats likes to live. The rental prices increases. The foods in the restaurant increases too. Now I know this problem is not only in the Philippines but also in Vietnam. About VISA here in Philippines, it's more easier when you have an agency to processed to the Philippines Retirement Agency the first time to apply but to renew you can do it by your own.

the "smart" people here use an agent. It isn't expensive. The people that are trying to save money often have problems and a lot of headache that could have been avoided easily.
