😱 Trump called it a "disgrace" and says he has a backup plan.

💸 Price tag: up to $175 billion — that's how much the government might have to refund importers if they file claims.

📝 But Trump does have a "Plan B": declare that imported pasta (or steel, chips, whatever) threatens national security → tariffs back on via executive power.

He's already pushing Republicans to pass a law giving him tariff authority without courts looking over his shoulder.

So... tariffs dead or just shape-shifting?
