It's not collapsing, it's reorganizing or reorganization. When Trump said recently over the sale of weapons to Europe for Ukraine, "we're not going to do it anymore", he didn't just mean engaging militarily, he meant everything he could possibly cancel. Disaster relief, consumer protections, education, whatever he can get away with, including cutting benefits to veterans because as he sees it, if we turn into arms dealers instead of armed combatants, there will eventually be a reduction in the need for veterans care. You can see how he's playing this by getting Israel to fight his middle eastern conflicts, Russia to fight Ukraine. It's his persona non grata policy, pretend like your not involved when you are involved up to your knees in it.
