That is where the problem lies in most underdeveloped countries. Corruption, embezzlement, sabotage and lack of conscience has held us down in the sustainable economy for the masses.
The government and those called the leaders do not see the need for the resources to be utilized, which eventually will help productivities reaching and needing human labor that will help the entire population.
