I am not sure riots will arise from this as the local officials are doing well to keep things calm and under control.
I think that most of the riots these days, especially the violent ones, are part of an organised plan to create disruption.
On another note, I did look what it would take for a U.S. citizen to live in Finland this evening if that tells you anything :-)
