That really sucks having to pay for digital identity service that is horribly insecure and badly run by private companies. It sounds like an opportunity for thieves to steal more and more money. A centralized digital ID is a terrifying concept, the government keeping track of all your activities 24/7 when you are online. So much for privacy as it flies right out the window...
