More and more, freedom is literally illegal. Those of us with an instinct for liberty are the canaries in the coal mines, alternately denounced as reactionary fascists or libertine hedonists depending on whether the mainstream left or right holds power and sways public discourse most.
Nothing good can come from bad seeds.
'Democracy' is based on a lie.
You do not have the right to rule me and I do not have the right to rule you, therefore we do not have the right to give that power to someone else as a proxy.
An argument I have made often, yet it falls on deaf ears. Most people hate to be ruled, yet they seem to yearn to rule.
People are mostly unconscious, so while they tend to know that they need free will and autonomy, they lack the presence of being to live that way safely - so they eventually turn to someone to back them up. We can do that without governance, but the controlling entities are adept at manufacturing scenarios that leave people little space to heal, balance and evolve - such that they can move towards liberation.
This transformation is one of individuals that become so successful at life in general, that others seek to learn.
