People on welfare are by far better off than people in prison. My brother, a lifer, refuses to eat any rice they serve no matter how hungery he is on that 2000 calorie a day diet they have them on. He refuses based on how many times they've served food where anything not rice like has something rice like looking in it when it shouldn't.
