RE: Not My Meme! #981

This has been my experience seeking to curtail corruption of police forces. Except, while blind investigating themselves, they have uncanny powers of surveillance and observation when avenging themselves on pesky anti-corruption activists. It's like they have those X-ray vision specs from the backs of comics back in the day. I knew I should have ordered those, dammit! Too late now, they're only for official sources investigating anyone not themselves.
