That is a big discussion, there are many opinions. I believe a fetus is a seed. A tree seed isn't a tiny-tiny tree, it's a seed. But at some point, this seed becomes a little tree. Doctors should debate and find the best period when a fetus isn't a seed anymore but a tiny human.

Actually doctors had this discussion in each country/state and made decisions.

Probably, it's worth revising these decisions and talk again about the period.
