What evidence proves anyone has authority over you?

1000029553.jpg

You would think that all claims must be proven by the claimant and in court of "LAW", be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt, but yet when it comes to having the right to rule over others, it's automatically assumed and believed to be true and rarely is it ever challenged. And if you do question it, chances are then you must be deemed insane, criminal, or an "enemy of the govern|ment" and against free|dumb, thrown in jail for "incompetence".

"How dare you question our authority!?"

After many years of genuinely searching and asking hundreds in open forums this same question, I never found anyone, or any court actually prove it to be true. Rather, they point towards their own forces, their prisons, their buildings, their doctrines, void contracts, etc as "proof" that authority exists, or even that they get the authority from the people while simultaneously saying the people doesn't have that right and never had.

So where do all these "governments" get their right to rule over us all?

I like how you framed the core issue around a simple but powerful question: if claims in court need proof, why is political authority treated as self-evident? The way you contrasted “proof beyond a shadow of a doubt” with the assumption that governments already have the right to rule makes the post feel sharp and thought-provoking. For writing more of these kinds of posts, hivepro.ai could help you shape long-form arguments clearly, and hivestats.io is handy for keeping an eye on how your first posts are performing. What led you to start digging into this question in the first place?

This fella did a radio show for years on this very topic.
If you scroll back a couple years you will find the good ones.
He had to quit because a lawyer several states away was raising a fuss and he couldn't afford to make the appearances.

🙏 thank you for the greatly valuable addition to this post.

I've actually seen close to s hundred videos from him, including most of the call of shame videos dealing with the Ixtortion Revenue unService. I noticed he took down his no state project forum which I think is a damn shame because it helped out so many people with their cases.

Have you any updates as to what he is doing these days?

He does appearances, afaik.
He had to stop helping people because of the kansass lawyer.
They got unfriendly laws there.

He wasn't getting donations is why the forum came down.
I don't know about the skypechat.

The way back machine isn't pulling anything up relating to that website. It's been doing that a-lot lately when it comes to these topics. As for the Skype, I think he still has it set up to frankrizzo3. I'm not sure because I don't have Skype anymore. I do find it kinda odd he couldn't afford the webby. How much is it to run a website like that per year? I don't think it would cost more than 100usd... I was under the impression "they" got to him and threatened him in some way that he couldn't say no. But that's just me speculating.

It's there, this one above is from 2018, you just have to look for it.

The video even plays.

I'm sure it had to do with kansass law.

He had a legacy chain account, but lost his keys and gave up on it.
I'd bet that his mail.com account still works.
