But instead of confidently representing this legacy, they present themselves with deliberately provocative and for many incomprehensible productions!" Mölzer noted that in his opinion such contributions were not suitable for strengthening Austria's cultural reputation abroad.
Finally, he called for a fundamental realignment of funding policy. "We finally need transparency, clear criteria and, above all, common sense in the use of public funds. The people in our country have a right to know what their money is being spent on – and they have a right to have it used responsibly." Therefore, Mölzer will question the project more closely in the course of a parliamentary question.

Traurig, auf welches Niveau Österreich dank Rotgrün gesunken ist.
Das schlimmste daran ist dass es nach der Biennale noch ganz stolz als Aushängeschild für Österreichische Kultur auf weitere Ausstellungen geschickt wird, sowie auch in Wien. Kann mir vorstellen dass da die Menschen schlangen stehen um da hineinzupissen!
Über 100 Jahre sind vergangen seit Marcel Duchamp ein Urinal ausstellte. In 1961 dann die 'Künstlerscheiße' von Piero Manzoni. 1987 'Piss Christ' von Andres Serrano. Dann kommt in 2004 Hermann Nitsch und schüttet Blut auf die Leinwand 120. Aktion. Zu diesem Thema gibt es noch genügend Beispiele - müssen wir alles besser machen als 2016 in Berlin - sollte ein Freund fragen was dort abging: Meet Berlins Sex Positiv Artists. So nebenbei und zwischendurch: 1972 Masturbieren als Performance Art.
Ganze Kapitel können über Marina Abramović geschrieben werden - Vorbildkünstlerin für viele der heutigen geförderten 'Künstler' wie eben unsere Florentina Holzinger.
