Could add the hemp growing licenses / fees as well. It's wild the hoops people have to jump through to grow a plant that can be used for so much.

The oil lobby has all the politicians bought off.
Well, given I grew up without any hoops provided to jump through, look on the bright side, it's a start.
Yeah it is progress but it's cost prohibitive for many people unfortunately. Personally, I had been interested in using fresh hemp leaves in cold pressed juice to explore the health benefits but they are not very feasible to acquire due to the restrictions. Maybe one day.
