I have visited a dear friend yesterday whom is presently being held as a prisoner in hospice, being withheld any treatment for the brain tumor she underwent emergency surgery to remove a couple weeks ago, by her family that somehow acquired Power of Attorney over her medical care. The doors on the facility are locked with codes that are not given to the patients (I should say captives), she cannot receive packages without the staff opening them and checking every item, and cannot receive even food from outside the facility, nor visit with anyone outside a room where staff can observe them at all times.
Her only crime was to fall ill, and she is being held as a slave and condemned to die of the cancer because any treatment for it is prevented by the hospice by the order of her PoA - which she said to me yesterday she had no knowledge of whatsoever. I am in process of seeking legal counsel for her to get an emergency stay of that PoA, because she has not been adjudicated as non compos mentus, and only the ~$12k/mth the facility is paid for keeping her prisoner justifies her captivity unto death for untreated medical needs.
It is unconsciounable, a shock to the conscience, what profiteers and their groveling minions do to people that have the misfortune to fall ill in America. Her doctors have said (I am told by her family, because I cannot discuss her care with her doctors, at the insistence of the PoA) that chemo or radiation will kill her, so they will not do that to her. However, Hulscher et al. published the day I found out where she was that >84% of cancer patients benefited from treatment with ivermectin and mebendazole (published here awaiting peer review presently) and also https://www.researchgate.net/publication/390635262_A_Review_of_Ivermectin_Use_in_Cancer_Patients_Is_it_Time_to_Repurpose_the_Ivermectin_in_Cancer_Treatment (which paper has been retracted only because Dr. Makis provides treatment to patients with ivermectin, which is utterly unreasonable and if applied to chemo and radiation treatments for cancer would completely eliminate the published research on cancer today available in the literature), but which data remains entirely relevant to the field.

My friend is entirely lucid, and retains her faculties, albeit with some memory issues and difficulty operating complex devices, like phones, cars, and firearms, and has insisted she did not provide anyone PoA over her, nor does she want to be held in captivity without medical treatment until she dies of cancer, which is being forced on her by her family that somehow has PoA over her medical care.
I am doing everything I can to get her legal counsel that can enable her to make her own medical decisions, and free her from her imprisonment by the hospice profiting $12k/mth for killing her by withholding medical treatment for cancer or her brain injury and trauma.
This is unconsciounable, and shocks the conscience, is a crime against humanity being imposed on my dear friend who's only crime was to fall ill with an extremely profitable disease. I am trying to get the PoA held by her family, which she insists she did not give them intentionally, removed, and she has signed yesterday an assignment of PoA to me in her own hand, that begins with the statement 'I want to live', despite her family insists she wants to die. Anyone that can refer me to counsel that can competently represent her in an emergency stay or removal of that hostile PoA so that she can escape being held prisoner and receive medical treatment for her cancer and brain injury can contact me here, or on Sting, where I receive notifications of any mention when I am logged into Peakd, which I do every day.
It is critical she receives medical treatment without delay, as I have been told her doctors have given her 3-6 months to live without treatment.

I appreciate this information, but what I need is the jurisdiction of the court to stay that PoA that is keeping her a prisoner now. No court ordered that, but a court can stay it. This needs to happen immediately, because she need medical treatment immediately, not when I have gained understanding and figured out how to make things happen in courts. I need a lawyer, not a library, my friend.
Edit: she has brain cancer RN, and it is worsening every day. I need to get her medication RN, because she may be dead in 3 months, and every day she doesn't get medication the cancer grows and makes her disability from the trauma done to her brain worse.
Have they checked for parasites that may be causing this cancer?

I have no idea what 'they' have done. I'm not allowed to talk to her doctors. I know that cancer is a parasite, living off our bodies and building inside of us it's own body that eventually takes enough of our body over to kill us. I know that antiparasitics do strongly fight cancer, probably better than chemo or radiation ever will, and that Rick Simpson oil is something many people have claimed really helped regress tumors.
There's other things that fight cancer too, like dandelion extract, graviola, all sorts of herbal nutraceuticals. Hulscher et al. just published a paper that reviewed cancer patients self reporting results of using ivermectin and mebendazole for three months, and >84% reported a therapeutic benefit, with >48% reporting cancer regression or complete disappearance.
I dunno what her doctors are giving her, but she's on palliative care only, which means they're not treating the remnant of the tumor they surgically removed, so she's going to die if she can't get treatment of some kind for her cancer. Sneak anything I'm and it could land you in jail too. Definitely would be pissed off as well. As far as lawyers go I think any of them would be fine to start with but one may try to use the jurisdictionary website also found on antisocialist's bio, to know how to force that lawyer( even the free ones), to do their actual job.
I have been deceived and betrayed by lawyers before. It is of critical importance that counsel be chosen on basis of their integrity. I don't know of any lawyers with integrity today, only ex-lawyers, and they're unavailable. I am therefore seeking counsel from people that have had counsel for decades and also have personal interest in helping my friend. Because that is a vanishingly small pool of people in my network, I am casting about for counsel widely, and will have to assess their potential accordingly. In a few hours will be consulting with patient advocacy groups and private attorneys.
I'm not going to commit any crimes and endanger my friend. I cannot help her from jail, and my purpose is to enable her to live her life as she chooses. She is not non compos mentus, and has the right to assign medical PoA as she wishes, so I am seeking counsel to do that, to show up with a notary to the facility holding her in captivity and re-assign medical PoA to me, because I will do everything in my power to enable her to live where she wants, get the care she wants, and live and die as she prefers.
I am not going to try to force a traitorous lawyer to act with integrity. There's no time to go through such process, and it's fruitless anyway because there are an infinite variety of ways that counsel can betray clients. Every day the cancer grows and worsens her condition.
