As One who cares only about whether anOther's behavior is Ethical, "diversity" is irrelevant to Me. It surely is unEthical forcing anyOne to do anything at gunpoint, unless it's to jail for doing something unEthical.
When Ethics are upheld, no One will force "diversity" or any other thing on Ones who have done nothing unEthical.
