There are more ways. Another is to be uninformed of the issue, or of relevant information regarding it. Another yet is to be so demoralized you don't care enough to pay it any mind. The most effective of all possible ways to be fooled is to believe the lies because you refuse to accept what is true, and then are killed because you are useless.

to believe is to doubt for one does not need to believe what they already know. You know so therefore no belief is necessary. You can't know and believe something at the same time. Either you know or your in doubt..

Or your a fool and thus believe you know.

Or who knows. Being the fool has it's perks too.
