It's a play on Falling Down, a movie about getting fed up with the bs and charlie brown, the average kid.
The movie is quite psychological, so plan to watch it all at once.
Watched some clips it the other day. The scene with the LAW is fun. When I was a young soldier I was part of an exercise where we were expending a mass of ammunition, I fired off half a dozen of them in an half an hour.
