Other than Hunter's laptop, all that evidence was attained during Trump's administration. The evidence on Hunter's laptop was made public by Hunter himself, using his Pornhub account HREast, which makes it of little use for blackmail purposes. However, the other sources are very useful for blackmail purposes, and given the Donald's decades long apprenticeship to Roy Cohn, who admitted to be a pimp of children to powerful politicians and extortionist, I find no reason to speculate that the Donald is not an extortionist. The fact that none of the crimes revealed on these sources has been made public strongly supports their utility for blackmail purposes, as well.
