August 8 was an exciting day as I awaited Rahul Gandhi’s appearance at Freedom Park, Bengaluru, India. He was set to unveil 100% proof that one Assembly seat in Central Bengaluru was won by the BJP, the ruling party at the Centre, through electoral fraud.

Of late, my time completely passes by doing chores at home. So, it was challenging for me to pluck myself free from home at Vara Lakshmi Day and go out to Freedom Park. It’s been a long time since I had an outing!
My experience of checking out this event termed ‘Our Vote, Our Right, Our Fight’ was invigorating, I was definitely thrilled to hear the public talk going to be delivered by our Leader of Opposition, LOP, Rahul Gandhi – who is charged up to raise the consciousness of the Indian public making them realise that their voting rights are disregarded, as elections are manipulated. So, the Government that’s in power at the Centre is not elected by them!
Yes… Rahul said this outright, along with several other Congress elected representatives at this event. This is indeed a very serious matter that deserves everyone’s attention and understanding.
The thrill of getting to witness Rahul Gandhi’s Mega Revelation with proof!!
As I walked to the venue, I noticed flags lining the road adorned with images of Rahul Gandhi, guiding me toward Freedom Park. The excitement built within me as I anticipated hearing him discuss the Congress Party’s findings on electoral fraud in Mahadevapura Constituency, Central Bengaluru.
In recent weeks, Rahul has been busy releasing statements claiming he possesses 100% proof that the BJP Government won an election in one Constituency by stealing votes—over 1 lakh fake voters cast their votes, leading to the BJP’s victory.
He has already provided details of the Electoral Fraud facilitated in Mahadevapura, pointing to the addition of votes cast by inauthentic voters in his presentation which he had delivered to over 200 media representatives.
Rahul Gandhi has thus demonstrated that elections have not been conducted fairly, uncovering evidence of more than a lakh of invalid votes cast by fraudulent voters.

Rahul recently presented these findings to other opposition party representatives, explaining how election rigging has occurred in Mahadevapura Constituency, Central Bangalore.

He has warned both current (Gyanesh Kumar) and former (Rajiv Kumar) ECI chief commissioners that they will not escape accountability for their actions in eroding democracy through vote manipulation practices.
Wondered how security arrangements are made for Rahul Gandhi’s public gatherings
Returning to my journey into Freedom Park, a little excited at the prospect of me witnessing Rahul Gandhi’s fiery, bold talk on something really as big as India having rigged elections – to favour BJP party to come to power. I could not help felling – ‘Oh my, my!’
I was curious about the security arrangements for such public gatherings, given the historical context of the assassinations of his father, former PM Rajiv Gandhi, and his grandmother, former PM Indira Gandhi.
I wondered if I would be allowed inside…
There were barricades and the presence of police personnel as I kept moving ahead, following the trail of flags.
Then I walked past poster stands that quoted statements of various Congress party members on the subject of the crime of committing Election Fraud, and strangulating Democracy.

As I ventured in further – the venue was surrounded by various photos of Rahul Gandhi’s political rally.
The photo of him addressing crowds holding his Red pocket book of Constitution, zoomed in my memory, I knew Rahul Gandhi would again address us here holding the book of Constitution, since that’s one of his signature styles of addressing crowds.
As I went in further, lady police personnel instructed me to walk in through the created entrance zone, created for non-party outside visitors like myself.
Every person was scrutinized – their bag contents checked, along with their in person screening as well.
And then I could go inside the auditorium. There were a lot of Congress Party Worker crowds and I could go in behind others walking in a file.

The seating arrangements were decent, and giant fans spun overhead to provide some comfort. LCD screens were set up to ensure everyone could see the speakers clearly, and thankfully, the venue was well-ventilated—a relief in case the crowd swelled.
Back in my mind, I had a fear of possibility of stampede, that’s quite possible if crowds were not lead, but well, no such thing happened. This crowd was not unruly, restless in the gathering and security personnel were there to co-ordinate crowds

All of them spoke on current reality – saying Democracy is in Danger because electoral malpractice has been happening, people’s voting rights are not respected beside other themes that are hard to explain here ranging from India’s weakened economic condition, foreign policy that has India isolated with no friends on its side when China, Pakistan and America threatening India their way.
Also, the classic way the current Government is known to have harassed opposition party people, and dissenters, misusing the power it holds over investigative agencies – ED and CBI.
All of them mentioned some points spot lighting insights from the recent electoral fraud in Mahadevapura Constituency.
Rahul Gandhi Talks About the Voting Fraud Details Digged Up from Mahadevapura Constituency
After Dupety Chief Minister DK Shiv Kumar’s talk, there was elation in the audience as Rahul Gandhi arrived at the venue.
Rahul Gandhi, had an angry frame as he spoke with vigor. As expected, he spoke showcasing the Indian Constitution booklet – and spoke that the Constitution provides every human the right to have one Vote.
There was mention of Constitution embedding visions of Dr Ambedkar, and even Basavana and many other prominent Indian social and political thinkers. It was our collective duty to protect the Constitution.
And then Rahul Gandhi began telling that he has shown with proof that elections were rigged by the BJP Government controlled Election Commission of India (ECI) by talking about findings depicting manipulation of votes finding extra votes cast by variety of invalid voters to the tune of 1,00,250 votes.

Brief Backstory About Uncovering Findings of Voter List Manipulation in Mahadevapura Constituency!
To understand the complex issue at hand, it’s essential to know how Congress arrived at these conclusions. When the Election Commission of India (ECI) failed to provide a machine-readable voter list, the Congress Party undertook the arduous task of manually examining paper electoral rolls. Over six months, they sifted through mounds of paperwork—seven feet high—exposing a variety of irregularities.
Duplicate voters who vote in multiple Assembly constituencies and States.
Voters with invalid, incomplete addresses -
Bulk voters ranging from 40 to 80 in numbers registered in one address – many addresses were commercial establishments where no one lives. -
Voters with strange father names
Voters whose photo was not visible and repeated.
Many additions of new voters through form 6. These voters were 50 to 90 years old, while Form 6 is for first-time voters who should be between 18 to 23 years.
Furnish voter list rolls of all Constituencies to prove there’s no manipulation
I had watched Rahul Gandhi speak and saw he was aggrieved – it’s justified if he felt angry that many of the seats his Party or his alliance partners would have won, were stolen. Also, he has been charged up about this issue of the election system becoming compromised.
He demanded that EC should provide him machine readable voter lists, so voting lists of other Constituencies can be analysed more easily within 30 seconds with the help of AI tools.
If EC don't do it, Rahul would against have his team manually examine voter lists of other COnstituencies and get the truth even if it takes time!
I had left the venue after Rahul’s talk, in the middle of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah ’s speech, since I needed to be back at home, to finish my pending housework.
As I left, I hoped Rahul Gandhi's stop 'vote chori' movement spreads across and aids in restoring Democracy - where the Government people elect to power Governs at the very least, because this is the very foundation of Democracy!
Doubts cast on impartial conduct of Maharashtra State elections
Rahul has said in other press conferences that he is certain Maharashtra elections were manipulated. The number of voters in the voter list is more than the population of Mumbai, and that 1 crore additional voters are added in 5 months gap, where in the earlier Lok Sabha elections India Alliance wins the polls.
In the State Vidhan Sabha elections BJP wins, and as said 1 crore additional voters were added!

So, Rahul stated that voter list rolls of all Constituencies need to be scrutinized, to check if election fraud has been facilitated by the addition of additional inauthentic voters as he had shown was the case in Bengaluru’s Mahadevapura Constituency.
Long Pending Demand to ECI for Transparent Disclosure – Ensuring the Integrity of the Election Process!
In addition to Rahul Gandhi’s call for the Election Commission of India (ECI) to provide machine-readable voter rolls for all constituencies, he is also advocating for the release of CCTV footage showing voters in line to cast their votes.
This video evidence is essential to verify the reported voter turnout figures, particularly the suspicious spike in turnout after 5 PM when polling officially closes. According to reports, there is a notable difference of about 5% to 11% in the voter turnout percentage recorded before and after this closing time.
Voters who arrive just before 5 PM are allowed to cast their ballots even as the gates close to new arrivals. They are handled with numbered slips, and their presence should be visibly recorded on CCTV.
With the ECI claiming that lakhs of voters show up post-5 PM, it is imperative for opposition parties and citizens alike to examine the CCTV footage to substantiate these claims regarding voter turnout.
Rahul Gandhi, alongside numerous NGOs, activists, and concerned citizens—including myself—continues to call for transparency from the ECI. There should be no objection to providing detailed data for scrutiny, encompassing voter rolls, Form 6 submissions, and the requested video footage.

Prepare for a shocking statement! Rahul Gandhi has gone on record asserting that the BJP Government, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, attained power through electoral malpractices, describing it as “vote chori” (vote theft).

I am very glad that the issue of a compromised election process is finally gaining attention here in India. Last year, I wrote several articles expressing my concerns about the possibility of a One-Party Rule established by the BJP, which could put an end to democracy.
