One person did apologize to me. The rest seem to have rewritten history.
Some people are willing to die rather than change their minds. My friend whom I have been trying to free from captivity and a sentence of death by medical neglect in involuntary hospice, has demonstrated this. After I found them a doctor that prescribed a medicinal protocol that was recently published demonstrating therapeutic benefit to >84% of cancer patients, they said they were suffering 'problems' with the institution holding them captive. I'm not sure what they expected, but when you escape captivity in which your captors are paid $12k/month to keep you in captivity the captors will insist on you remaining in their clutches.
The state and federal agencies we contacted will not so easily be dismissed, although they will probably not take action in time to help my friend live. I am very sad my friend is incapable of living despite oppression, but my only purpose in helping them was to enable them to decide themselves how they wanted to live and die, and they have chosen to remain in captivity. If the agencies do act to prevent the crimes being committed against them, perhaps they will again desire help. If they do again beg me to help them I will - and they won't have to beg.
It is true that we must be careful what we wish for, because sometimes what we think we want isn't what we think it is at all.
