The entire shebang violates my god given rights to be free of rule by force.
The right to be free of gov't is just as important as any restrictions enumerated on paper for them to 'follow'.
The constitution doesn't grant rights, it restricts the power of gov't.
It's past time to bring back the wild west, imo.
