RE: North Carolina upholds its own Voter ID laws

In North Carolina you can obtain a voter ID at any of the County Board of Elections, it is not a daunting challenge.

I'd argue if an individual can not manage the relatively simple task of obtaining an ID, then they likely aren't able to make meaningful choices about representation.
