As always, MAGA fanatics are ok with this because "it will only happen to people who deserve it", but it will never happen to "me".

I seem to recall a poem about this.... something something "First they came for the Communists / And I did not speak out / Because I was not a Communist" something something etc.

Gee, if only we had some kind of history to teach us that things like this often don't end well.
