Nigeria is currently going through a global financial crisis, and the level of insecurity has directed by over 10,000%, the current president is borrowing money from the US and the world bank...
They're using that money to finance his pocket, he has the police, lawyers, the senate and judiciary at his back pocket, and currently financing a lot of criminality in the country.
Buy the Media/distort the narrative
He is currently buying media houses and newspaper to push a positive narrative about him, while trying to suppress the voice of the major citizens who are going through pain and suffering.
Man is over 90 and still pulling the moves of a 40 year old. Christians are being killed everyday in the North, life and properties are being lost as a result of terrorism, but he doesn't even seem like he sees whatever is happening.
He and his people has stolen a lot of the country's resources, and they are using this morning to go on vacation and spend fun time all over the world, while giving some part of the money to his foot soldiers on social media to continue to defend the narrative of his government.
The Power Of PR
A lot of people do not know that this is how some African rulers keeps their people enslaved, the use poverty as a tool, people are not empowered and educated and they take advantage of this compromise to enslave them to buy the narrative they are selling.
In human history some people has been known to sell their conscience for money.
Sometimes is as a result of poverty and lack, other times it is also sheer wickedness and greed. There are people being paid to rewire social narrative.
You know how a lawyer can actually accumulate evidence that is enough to free somebody who is actually guilty of a crime?
They bend the truth so hard, twist it so hard and feed it to the international audience, so that the outside world would not even realize that there is chaos and slaughter going on in Nigeria.
You would think politics is a dirty game, until you get to Nigeria and see that it is a game of blood and sand.
Politicians are literally destroying the people that voted them, and bending the polls, manipulating voter's interest and pattern and leaving debts of trillions of dollars unpaid. They're increasing tax and making sure that people pay our of their teeth.
It's crazy because a lot of the people enabling this government are actually using that money to fund the lifestyle of their family outside the country and overseas, some of them have offshore accounts where they store the money that they launder in this country.
A lot of them are in the UK taking advantage of the system to launder money.
Why does criminality thrive?
The UK and France is their favourite countries because it enables them to actually steal funds from the country and actually use this money to fund their kids and future generations to come.
There's currently no country in the world undergoing the criminality that is happening in Nigeria.
people think that places like Colombia are very corrupt, the thing is that they have never been to Nigeria to see the crazy level of corruption, the politicians here are just better at PR, and they can easily employ people to cover up their tracks which is hardly the case in places like Colombia.
I'd have left this place if not for the fact that I dint even have the money to do so, but God willing, I'll be hoping this situation can change.

I never voted for this government, come 2027, I won't still, because it won't count.
Why would I stress myself that day when they've all mapped out all the strategies to steal the mandate.
You see all these politrickians that kept the country like this, karma will serve them wella.
They really don't mind. They know that they're all going to hell, so they want to enjoy all the money here by impoverishing the nation and stealing lives property and the wealth of the people.
A lot of people don't know that Nigeria is the worst country in the world corruption wise.
It's really sad.
Corruption is rampant everywhere, and even here in the US. I hope the situation changes for the better, but we all know that its rough. Honestly, I think the politicians don't care so long as they stay in office, and money can go a long ways for them.
Yeah. The US is not exempted from the corruption, it's just sad that it is higher in Nigeria. A lot of basic things that government should do are not being done, and the embezzlement of public funds have left majority of the citizens struggling to survive on a daily basis.
