Mayor Brandon Johnson’s Crime Prevention Plan: Crayons & Chaos

Is it just me, or am I the only one noticing the magic trick here? They hide everything under the word “migration” — but at the end of the day, what they really want is chaos in their own city.

Case in point: Mayor Brandon Johnson.
He signs the “Protecting Chicago Initiative” — and then says:

“We don’t need or want an unconstitutional and illegal military occupation of our city.”
Translation: “We’d rather let crime run wild than accept federal help.”

Because apparently, hating Trump is more important than protecting actual Chicagoans.

So here’s the question: is this just pure Trump-hate, or is there actually a crime level that Democrats consider “acceptable”?

Let’s take a quick sip of the Chicago record book for August 2025:

• Aug 31: Drive-by in West Town, 4 shot.
• Aug 30: Bronzeville, 7 shot.
• Aug 16: West Side, 4 shot.
• Aug 11: 5 injured on 43rd St.
• Aug 10: 1 dead, 5 injured on La Crosse Ave.

But wait — it gets better. Labor Day weekend alone?

7 killed, 48 injured. Victims as young as 14.
First shooting of the weekend: a 43-year-old man shot after an argument on South Eberhart.
A few hours later: two women shot inside an apartment building, one dead, one hanging on.
But sure — keep signing papers saying you don’t need help.

Because apparently, the “new normal” is Socialist-style governance: endless entitlement programs for newcomers, and you — the citizen — just have to get used to living with crime as part of daily life.
