Trump supporters are trolling Gavin Newsom 😅

By shipping him “two dozen” Trump 2028 hats. Because nothing says serious political strategy like bulk-ordering MAGA merch off Wish.
At a Politico forum in Sacramento, Newsom puffed up and declared:
“Donald Trump doesn’t want another election. I’ve got two dozen Trump 2028 hats his people keep mailing me.”
Meanwhile, Trump just dropped $200 million on a ballroom at his house—then ghosted the place like it’s a Tinder date. Newsom’s take?
“Who spends $200 million on a ballroom and then leaves the house?”
(Answer: the same guy who eats McDonald’s at a $50,000-a-plate dinner.)
Newsom then hit his dramatic mode:
“This is serious, guys, this is serious. Trump doesn’t believe in free, fair elections. He tried to wreck the country.”
…Yeah, Gavin, super serious. Nothing screams “end of democracy” like being trolled with a couple boxes of trucker hats.
For now, it’s still unclear whether the hats are coming from Trump’s team or just a few dedicated superfans with Amazon Prime and too much free time.
